A good knowledge of administrative, constitutional and European law is highly recommended.
In compliance with the objectives of the Law degree, the Environmental Law course aims at representing an important chance for students which would like to enrich their personal informative assets.
The course, in fact, consists in an educational path designed for providing specific knowledge in environmental law field.
In other words, the course aims at improving the cultural background of law students by giving them the chance of studying in depth a very highly specialized subject.
At the end of the course, therefore, students will have a comprehensive knowledge of Environmental law that will be very useful in the workplace.
The course aims at providing a comprehensive knowledge of Environmental Law.
Moving from both the notion of environment and the specific features of Environmental Law, the course is composed by two parts.
The first one will be devoted to study in depth general Environmental Law topics, such as: sources of law; principles; subjects; administrative proceedings.
While, the second part will be focused on specific Environmental Law topics, such as: waste, water, green public procurement, urban transports and circular economy.

The organization of both seminars and working groups will be possible as well.
- Oral exam for both students that will attend classes and students that will not.
Moreover, for students that will attend the course may be organized mid-term exams. The results of those exams will be taken into consideration in the determination of the final mark.
