Basics of Private Law.
The course aims at illustrating the regulatory framework on international contracts, with particular regard to legal sources of private international law, applicable law, dispute resolution, contract formation, typical clauses and contracts used in international trade. The student is thus able to identify the rules applicable to the specific contract and to find the most opportune legal solutions, also through a multidisciplinary approach.

- Lectures and discussion of case studies.
- The exam consists in an oral interview aimed at verifying the acquisition of disciplinary contents and the ability to illustrate the arguments in an appropriate technical language.
