Basics of Private law.
The course aims at illustrating the regulatory framework on international contracts, with particular regard to legal sources of private international law, applicable law, dispute resolution, contract formation, typical clauses and contracts used in international trade. The student is thus able to identify the rules applicable to an international contract and to find the most opportune legal solutions, also through a multidisciplinary approach.

Lectures and discussion of case studies.
The exam is oral and in English and aims at verifying the acquired knowledge and the ability to expose the topics covered with appropriate terminology.
Criteria adopted: Correctness, completeness and autonomy of responses: 18/30; reasoning skills 6/30; connection skills: 6/30. These criteria are merely indicative.
