Obiettivi del corso

The aim of the course is to provide a solid knowledge of the national, European and International Legislations relating to transport and tourism law.

Programma del corso

The study of the subject will provide the student a solid knowledge of the legislation and various issues related to transport and tourism law, for the development of the main professional activities of tourism industry. In particular, the course will focus on European, International and Italian discipline on transport and tourism law; transportation and tourism contracts, such as travel, transportation and accommodation contracts, with reference to consumer protection; touristic package contracts; termination and reimbursement of travel, tourism and accommodation contracts; the issue of damages related to spoiled holidays and its evolution both in doctrine and in jurisprudence; tourist professions; travel agency and tourist industry.

  • Frontal lessons and seminars in order to encourage student interaction.
Modalità di valutazione
  • The final exam will be oral and will focus on the whole program.
    The exam is aimed at verifying:
    - the depth of knowledge gained;
    - the property of language;
    - the capacity for analysis and argumentation.
