The aim of the course is to provide a solid knowledge of the legislations and various juridical issues relating art, fashion and tourism, also in consideration of the new technologies, such as blockchain, nfts and artificial intelligence.
The study of the subject will provide a solid knowledge of the legislation and various issues related to art, fashion and tourism law.
The course will introduce students to art, fashion and tourism law, providing a knowledge on the main legal aspects related to these sectors. In particular the course will focus on European, International and Italian discipline on art, fashion and tourism law; art and fashion contracts; right and remedies in art and fashion law; travel, transportation and accommodation contracts; consumer protection; protection of artworks; protection of fashion products; intellectual property rights; copyright protection; circulation of artworks and fashion products; illegal trade of art and counterfeit of fashion products; protection of cultural heritage; legal issues related to exhibitions, museum and foundations; non fungible tokens; crypto art and crypto fashion; new technologies and tourism.

Attending students: notes from lectures and additional material provided during the course.
Non attending students: recommended textbooks.

Face to face lessons and seminars in order to encourage students interactions.
The course will be implemented by the study of jurisprudential cases.
Specific materials and texts on particular topics will be suggested during classes.
- The final exam will be oral and will focus on the whole program.
The exam is aimed at verifying:
- the depth of knowledge gained;
- the property of legal and technical language;
- the critical and methodological skills acquired.
