A basic knowledge in microeconomics is strongly recommended.
The course aims at offering knowledge on more recent developments in the
international trade and investments theories and policies with applications to real
world issues.
Students are expected to be able to understand and discuss current
trade and investments policy issues and usa data on trade and investments.

Written exam with three questions:
a) two problems similar to those included in the textbook aimed at checking skills in
applying the theories to real world issues;
b) one open question devoted to verify the theoretical knowledge.
