Basic requirements to access the lessons are:
- B2 level in English (comprehension, spoken language, written language);
- Basic knowledge of the European institutional, social and economic context;
- Competencies in team working and public speaking.
The participation will be easier for the students having experienced multilingual and multicultural contexts thanks to university exchange programmes or other personal opportunities. The exercises will demonstrate the necessity to cooperate, in order to achieve a common result, with people who are different in terms of language and culture
The objective of the course is to provide the students with the Project Cycle Management Tools, on the basis of the European commission's conceptualisation.
The course is focused on the formulation, management and communication tools belonging to Project Cycle Management, as it is defined and applied by EU INTPA.
The following tools are presented:
- SWOT analysis, stakeholder analysis,
- Problem analysis,
- Bbjective tree,
- Logicalframework,
- Gantt chart.
The programme of the lessons follows:
- Presentation of the "Project Management" course:summary of the issues, bibliography.
- Project approach, Project Cycle Management with emphasis on Formulation and Implementation phases.
- The Logical Framework approach: Logframe matrix. - Planning and scheduling project's activities
- Focus on communication: tools and solutions for project dissemination and capitalisation
