Obiettivi del corso

The aim of the course is to provide a detailed commentary on the various national,
european and international Legislations relating to carriage by road, rail, air and sea
and about tourism law.
The course also aims at introducing the UE policies in the field of transport and
tourism with many other relevant aspects.

Programma del corso

The study of matter will allow the student to obtain a sound knowledge of the main
institutions of the right transport and tourism for the development of the main
professional activities of the vast tourism industry.
In particular the course will focus on the means of transport which have undergone a
considerable development in EU Law: air transport, maritime transport and road
transport.

  • Frontal lessons and seminars of the principal aspects to encourage interactive
    student participation
Modalità di valutazione
  • The final examination is oral.
    Student evaluation will be based on specific questions to verify the knowledge of the
    principal subjects and establish the level of legal specialized knowledges.
