- Understanding the interactions between domestic and international rules in the context of international contracts.
- Application of acquired knowledge to analyze and solve specific legal problems in the context of international contracts.
- Ability to critically evaluate proposed solutions, highlighting the advantages and disadvantages of different interpretations and applications of international contract law.
- Ability to clearly and coherently communicate legal arguments, both in writing and orally, using legal language appropriate in the context of international contracts.
- Ability to present and defend legal arguments effectively in the field of international contract law.

Modalità di valutazione
Written test in english language with three short open-ended questions
Grading of grades will be according to the following criteria:
- ownership of language and mastery of legal terminology: 20% of the total overall assessment
- completeness of acquired knowledge: 40% on the total of the overall assessment
- correctness of acquired knowledge: 40% of the total overall assessment
