  • 10 novembre 2024 Second mid-term test

    II Mid-term test (on II part of the programme)

    The second mid-term test (on entrepreneurship and EU companies, II part of the programme) will be held on 21st November (during ordinary class time).
    MODALITY
    The mid-term test will consist of a test of fifteen multiple-choice questions, to be taken in 20 minutes (detailed information will be given in proper advance).
    The test may be offered in paper form or using computer. In this last case, a multimedia classroom at Polo Pantaleoni will be reserved. Students will be properly informed.
    REGISTRATION TO THE MID-TERM TEST
    Students interested in sitting the mid-term test are requested to register on the list provided (see the examination notice board, starting from Monday 11th).
    All students can sit the II mid-term test. Have passed the FIRST one is not a prerequisite.
    EVALUATION
    Each proposed question has only one correct answer.
    Assessment will take into account the number of correct answers given.
    No marks will be subtracted (or awarded) in the event of questions being answered incorrectly or left blank.
    The assessment will be in thirtieths and will build up to the final assessment proposal (overall final score).
    FURTHER INFORMATION
    The test will be followed by a collegial correction during the class (same day).
    The results will be published on the teacher's page within a maximum of 5 days.
    In order to respect everyone's privacy, the score obtained will be shown next to their matriculation number.
    VALIDITY OF THE TEST (of the score gained)
    Those who pass the test and accept the assessment may consider the second part deducted from the program of exam.

    The score will be kept valid for one academic year.

    Variation of lesson timing

    In order to finish the course by the end of November, the lessons scheduled in the calendar for December will be brought forward as follows:

    • Monday 4th: 9-11 and 14-17 (one hour more in the afternoon) unchanged
    • Monday 11th: 9-11 and 14-17 hrs (one hour more in the afternoon) unchanged
    • Friday 15th, 3 hrs: 9-12 (in presence) - ROOM 2 - changed > anticipated on Thursday 14th, 3hrs 14-17 (AULA ROSSA 2 (Red 2) at Polo Pantaleoni)
    • Friday 22nd, 3 hrs: 9-12 (in presence) - ROOM 2 - changed > anticipated on Thursday 21st, 3hrs 15-18 (ROOM 1.1 at Polo Pantaleoni)
  • 03 novembre 2024 Mid-term test - An UPDATE

     

    In view of the number of students enrolled for the mid-term examination and the number of seats available in the classroom, the examination will be conducted in several tranches. The registered students will be consequently divided into groups.
    The examination will presumably last until 12.30 p.m. Students are in any case invited to present themselves at 9.00 a.m. in the classroom (2.1 at Polo Pantaleoni) to receive all instructions from the professor and, if necessary, to be called to a different time depending on the group they belong to.
    Please note that due to the longer overall duration of the exam (not scheduled), the afternoon lesson will be proportionally reduced in duration and in any case it will be dedicated to the discussion of the test and results, as agreed (see news of 21st Oct.).

  • 29 ottobre 2024 Mid-term test class

     

    The mid-term test, scheduled for 4th November 2024, will be held at the Polo Pantaleoni, in classroom 2.1.
    In view of the number of students enrolled for the test and the available classroom space, the exam could be held in two consecutive tranches.
    Students are in any case invited to come to the regular class schedule.

    The first mid-term test (on the IP part) will be held on 4th November (during ordinary class time).

  • 15 settembre 2024 START OF CLASSES
    Students are advised that, due to a scientific commitment abroad in which the lecturer is directly involved, classes of European Company Law will start on 2nd October, 2024, in the first useful lesson according to the teaching schedule (see the course calendar).
    Students are invited to consult the lesson plan. Lessons will be made up in the queue.

    Si avvisano gli studenti che, a causa di un impegno scientifico all'estero che vede direttamente coinvolta la docente, il corso di European company law avrà inizio a partire dal 2 ottobre 2024, nella prima lezione utile secondo il calendario didattico.

    Si invitano gli studenti a consultare il piano delle lezioni. Le lezioni verranno recuperate in coda.
