Exams of Tuesday, 9 February 2021
The lecturer informs students that the exams of Tuesday, 9 February 2021 will be held online on the Aula Teams of the lecturer (not that of the European Union Law course). The relevant link is the following:
The written proof will start at 9,30 am, after the call from the list of students who registered to sit for the exam. The multiple-choice questions for the proof will be uploaded on the "File" section of the Aula Teams of the lecturer (link above) immediately after the call is completed. There will be two sets of questions, one for the first part of the course, and one for the second part. Students having passed the partial proof on the first part, shall answer just to the second part, unless they intend to renounce to the mark obtained in the first part, in which case they will take the entire proof. Students answering the second part only shall maintain the original numbering of the questions (e.g., question No. 21 remains 21, even if it will happen to be the first question for the second part of the proof) as it appears on the file of the questions.
At the end of the proof, at a time that will be specified at the moment the proof starts, both as concerns students taking just the second part and students taking the entire proof, students shall send without delay their answers by e-mail, using their institutional e-mail address @studenti.unimc.it to the lecturer's e-mail address f1.marongiubuonaiuti@unimc.it . In their mails, students shall specify their surname, name and matricola, and type, in a column, the number of each question with the corresponding answer they have chosen (e.g.: 1A, 2B, 3C, etc.). Students shall remain connected until the lecturer has confirmed having received the answers sent by all students participating to the proof. The exams will then be suspended, in order for the answers to be checked. The results will be published in the "File" section of the "Aula Teams" at a time to be specified at the end of the written proof.

Students having passed the written proof shall sit for a further oral question. For students having sat for the written proof just on the second part of the programme, the oral question will also concern that part of the programme. The oral proof will be held on the same day, still on the Aula Teams of the lecturer, according to a time schedule to be specified on the same Aula Teams upon publication of the results of the written proof. Students shall be able to show their "libretto universitario" or other piece of identity, in order to allow identification. They shall keep their microphone and camera on during their own proof. Students shall remain connected, albeit with their microphone and camera off, during the exams of their fellow-students of the same time-slot, in order to ensure publicity of the exams. The final results will be registered by the lecturer after the end of the exams, by the digital system only, as experienced already in previous exams held online as a consequence of the pandemic.
