Students taking the Migration Law course will find the teaching materials for the course in the section "Materiali didattici" below on this page (and not on the Teams virtual room of the course, at least until further notice). Please note: due to purely techincal reasons, the folders collecting the course materials appear uploaded in the opposite order to that in which the corresponding topics will be dealt with in the course. Accordingly, students should start from referring to the main legal texts (the Geneva Convention on the Status of Refugees, 1951; the European Convention on Human Rights, 1950, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, 1966, as well as the relevant provisions of the Treaty on European Union (TEU) and the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU) and the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, to be found by scrolling the column of materials down to the bottom. Further instructions concerning the consultation of the course materials will be given by the lecturer in the classes of the course.
