Students taking the Migration Law course are informed that Professor Delphine Nakache, University of Ottawa (Canada), Visiting Professor at the Department of Law of the University of Macerata, will be delivering a cycle of classes in co-teaching with the course leader on the days of Tuesday 24 and Wednesday 25 February, and on Tuesday 3 and Wednesday 4 March, at the usual times, proposing a comparison between the European and Canadian position as concerns the handling of irregular migration, with particular regard to the repatriation of irregularly staying migrants and the fight against migrants' smuggling and trafficking in human beings.
