Further information / additional materials

All study materials, including printed documents, multimedia files (PDFs, PowerPoint presentations), and videos, will be provided by the instructor.

Metodi didattici
  • The instructor will bring her expertise to the students by presenting real-life case studies, experienced firsthand, and providing insights into managing various aspects of work as a tour guide—research, itinerary planning, and practical execution. She will use PowerPoint presentations and videos to illustrate the creation of a personal website or digital tour routes for online work, such as remote conferences and live-streamed events. The itineraries will be examined, commented on, and discussed with students to foster independent skills in designing their own routes in cities of their choice.

Modalità di valutazione
  • During the lessons, students will present their own projects and PowerPoint presentations of a tourist itinerary.

Assessment criteria: Interest, relevance, completeness, and practical feasibility of the itinerary (balance between travel, visits, and timing). The grade for the Module B project will account for 1/3 of the final overall grade, which will be weighted with the grade from Module A (2/3).
