Stacchio Lorenzo
Stacchio Lorenzo
Lorenzo Stacchio è un informatico, con un focus di ricerca primario sulla convergenza di metodologie di Extended Reality (XR) e Deep Learning, con particolare attenzione alla loro applicazione in contesti quali i beni culturali, le industrie creative e gli ambienti industriali.
Attualmente è ricercatore post-doc in Computer Science and Engineering presso il Dipartimento di Scienze Politiche, della Comunicazione e delle Relazioni Internazionali dell'Università di Macerata ed è membro del Vision Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (VRAI).
Ha conseguito un dottorato in Informatica (INF/01) presso l'Università di Bologna con votazione eccellente, all'interno del programma multidisciplinare QUVI dell'Università di Bologna, sotto la supervisione del professore ordinario Gustavo Marfia. Durante il dottorato ha lavorato presso il Computer Graphics and Vision Lab dell'Università TU di Graz.
È autore di oltre 30 articoli internazionali e ha collaborato con aziende internazionali in attività di trasferimento tecnologico e innovazione.
