Rossana Papalino works as a university lecturer at the Language Center at the University of Macerata. After completing her academic education in German and English studies, she worked for many years as a freelance translator and interpreter, as well as in sales office in foreign trade. From 1995 to 2010, she taught German as a foreign language at private schools, public schools, and in company courses. Since 2002, she has been teaching at the University of Macerata. From 2006 to 2010, she worked as a freelance writer, reviewer and editor for two school magazines in German Language published by ELI Group. Since 2009, she has been an examiner for the language certificate exams of the Goethe-Institut. She has undergone further training in teaching methods for German as a foreign language and in translation and interpreting teaching methods. From 2020 to 2024, she was employed as a university lecturer at the University of L'Aquila and has been permanently employed at the University of Macerata since September 2024.
