As explained during the lesson 11, students attending the course may decide to expose a "research project" instead of one of the three usual oral questions at the final exam. A research project consists in the exposition of one the judicial cases contained in the second part ("Cases and Materials") of the textbook "Introduction to European Union Transport Law", a case chosen by the student, alone or with a colleague taking the exam the same day. The final mark will take in account both the research project and the answers to the other two questions. Studens choosing this mode of exam are asket to write by e-mail to the professor which case they have decided to expose, at the latest two days before the exams, and if they will expose it alone or with a colleague.
