Important Information for Erasmus and International Students

Erasmus and international students interested in taking the exam of Diritto Commerciale during the academic year 2017/18 have three different options, depending on the number of credits they need:

  1. Diritto commerciale (Business Law) 15 Credits (http://docenti.unimc.it/laura.marchegiani/courses/2016/15770 prof. Marchegiani, semester 1+2, lessons in Italian language);
  2. Diritto commerciale (Business Law) 9 Credits (http://docenti.unimc.it/alessio.bartolacelli/courses/2016/15731 dr. Bartolacelli, semester 1, lessons in Italian language in Jesi. Students are allowed to attend prof. Marchegiani’s lessons – 15 credits course – in Macerata);
  3. European Company Law (http://docenti.unimc.it/alessio.bartolacelli/courses/2016/15732 dr. Bartolacelli, lessons in English language in semester 2, but the students are allowed to take the exam, as non attending students, at the end of semester 1. Erasmus students are also allowed  to replace the comparative part of the course with Italian Partnership and Company Law).

 

 

If not otherwise stated, the syllabus is the same Italian students have to follow, and can be found at the web page of each course (see above).

 

The exam will take place in Macerata, in Italian language for 15 and 9 credits’ courses, and in English language for 8 credits course.

 

Erasmus and international students aiming at taking the exams above mentioned are strongly encouraged to contact Dr. Bartolacelli (alessio.bartolacelli@unimc.it) should they have doubts or questions.
