Ricercatrice Tenure Track (RTT) / Assistant professor in Marketing, presso il Dipartimento di Economia e Diritto dell'Università di Macerata.

Attività di ricerca sui temi di BtoB Marketing, personal selling e sales management, sales technology, active education e turismo, Blockchain e Metaverso, per pubblicazioni scientifiche su riviste nazionali e internazionali, partecipazione a convegni scientifici, collaborazione con network scientifici nazionali e internazionali.

Docente di Impresa sostenibile nella Green Economy e Business Marketing e Innovazione nei corsi di laurea triennale UNIMC, docente nel Master ISTAO, tutor del Master in Marketing e Direzione Aziendale.

Delegata del Dipartimento di Economia e Diritto UNIMC per l'orientamento degli studenti in entrata.

Attività internazionali: collaborazioni in vari progetti europei Erasmus+ in ruoli di supporto e ricerca nell'implementazione di pratiche e framework relativi alla formazione universitaria nei settori di business, marketing e vendite, digitalizzazione, sostenibilità, turismo.
