Arianna Fermani is Professor of History of Ancient Philosophy at the University of Macerata (Italy), where, since 2024, she is a member of the Academic Senate.

Sice 2023 she is a Member of the UNESCO Chair in Economic Systems and Human Righte (universitad National de la Plata)

Associate Professor of History of Ancient Philosophy at the University of Macerata (qualified as Full Professor on February 1, 2022);

Member  of the "Collegium Politicum" International Association (ttp://www.uc3m.es/portal/page/portal/inst_lucio_anneo_seneca/investigacion/collegium_politicum Official Member of the "International Plato Society";

Member of the National Executive Council and National Secretary of the SISFA (Italian Society of History of Ancient Philosophy);

President of the Macerata Section of the Italian Philosophical Society (SFI); Director of the Roccella Scholé Winter School of Philosophy: "Mario Alcaro" School of Advanced Philosophy and Co-Director of the Summer School of Philosophy Roccella Scholé “Remo Bodei”;

For years she has been involved in the implementation of various international conventions, including, in particular, the one with the Universidad Nacional del Litoral, Santa Fe (Argentina).
